Upon arrival to view the car i was amazed by the level of presentation and the quality of Vehicles for sale ( I could have purchased any one of 3 cars within my price range!). Adam was not he usual 'pushy salesman' and allowed me plenty of time to view the car and take a good look round it before a test drive. "I bought a Volvo C30 in part exchange with my older C30, which had brand new wheels and tires on. After being told that the wheels and tires made no difference to the value of the car and that I could swap the wheels if I wanted to at no trouble or change in price, I decided to leave the brand new wheels on my old car to save trouble.
However, just two days after purchasing the car I noticed a strange bearing like noise, Adam had it in to be looked at and I was told ‘it’s just the tyres’. I then requested to pay for the trouble of swapping the wheels after all as he was insistent that the tyres were fine (despite making a very unhealthy noise) but was told this wasn’t possible because the new wheels were in for a refurb. This was a flat out lie as the wheels were brand new and in perfect condition upon me leaving the car with him and taking the new car. Adam has a relaxed attitude and won’t push you to do anything, but I can’t help but feel misled. It’s a shame because I would’ve been very happy with the new C30 if this had been resolved."

"We bought a car for my daughter last year from Adam, I encouraged her to go back.
She sent Adam an email asking to test drive a mini, she said she would be driving over from Cleethorpes and would be there between 12:30-13:00hrs. Adam confirmed everything and said he would be there.
We arrived at 12:50hrs but Adam was nowhere to be seen, we had let him know we were setting off, we had phoned him 6 times when we were outside !!! Nothing. Then 40 minutes later he phoned back and couldn’t have been more uninterested if he had tried. He just said he would understand if we were no longer interested or could come back tomorrow!!!
Couldn’t believe it was the same guy. I will never use him again or recommend him.

Mine was a good experience . even on a Sunday afternoon the Principal answered the telephone. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle answered all my questions and i immediately felt I could trust him. I had to travel over 100 miles to inspect , we made an appointment and he offered confirmation that he would not sell the vehicle before I viewed it. On inspection he was very honest he let me drive it and left me alone to check the car over. We negotiated a price and I agreed to pick it up in a few days . He offered to pick me up from the station. The vehicle is as described and no problem. He is a young man just starting up and he deserves to succeed"

I found my new car on autotrader and was dubious at first about committing to buying a car without seeing it first, having spoken to Adam, my mind was put at rest. I called Adam on the day I was due to collect the car to let him know I was going to arrive about 2 hours ahead of my original arrival time, this was not a problem (I gave over an hour notice). The car is stunning, exactly as Adam described both on the website and over the phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I just wish he was closer to where I live!"
